Diaphragm filter plates
The diaphragm filter plate is composed of two diaphragms and a core plate. External media (such as water or compressed air) is introduced into the chamber between the filter plates, and the diaphragm swells to compress the filter chamber composed of the diaphragm filter plate and the box filter plate, thereby better solid-liquid separation and improving the solid content.
The diaphragm filter plate is divided into rubber diaphragm filter plate and polypropylene diaphragm filter plate. The rubber diaphragm filter plate diaphragm is generally embedded in the groove of the core plate, which is easy to disassemble and replace because the rubber diaphragm has high elasticity and is not easily damaged. Polypropylene filter plate membranes are generally made by integral welding, and membranes made by welding cannot be replaced.
Diaphragm filter plates are widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, dye, food, brewing, ceramics, and environmental protection.
