Operating instructions for automatic pressure maintaining diaphragm press plate filter press
Operation of distribution box
1. Press the "Push Plate In" button, and the main motor of the filter press will start. The solenoid valve for pushing the plate forward will open, and the plate will slowly press forward. When the pressure reaches the specified pressure value on the electric contact pressure gauge, the main motor and solenoid valve will automatically close, and the "pressure maintaining" light will be on. The filter press will be in a pressure maintaining state. The filter press starts feeding. (Note: 5 # and 7 # are lower limits, and 5 # and 9 # are upper limits)
2. Press the "stop" button, and the "pressure maintaining" light will turn off, which means the pressure maintaining state will be turned off.
3. Press the "push plate backward" button, and at this time, the main motor of the filter press will start. The solenoid valve for pushing the plate backward will open, and the push plate will be slowly released backwards. When it reaches the travel switch, it will automatically stop. Then start unloading.

4. Note that the motor must rotate clockwise when the oil pump is started. When the motor is in reverse, the motor phase sequence must be adjusted before it can run.

Feed and intake
1. When the filter press is in a "pressure maintaining" state for feeding, the feeding is completed when the filter plate does not discharge water or a small amount of water is discharged, and the feeding pressure is controlled at ≤ 0.5MPa.
2. After the feeding is completed, press and open the air blowing valve to extract the water from the mud cake. Control the blowing pressure to ≤ 0.6MPa. (Note that an exhaust valve should be added next to the blowing valve. After the pressing is completed, the exhaust valve must be opened to exhaust the air in the film and avoid crushing the film when feeding again.)

Precautions during the operation of the filter press
1. When the filter press reaches the pressure and does not stop, it indicates that the electric contact pressure gauge is damaged and needs to be replaced.
2. When the clamping force is insufficient, first check if the oil volume is sufficient, and then check if the pressure of the high-pressure relief valve is adjusted properly, otherwise the oil pump may be damaged.
3. When the oil cylinder cannot maintain pressure, that is, the oil pump motor starts frequently, first check whether there is oil leakage in each oil circuit, and then check whether the 46 # hydraulic oil is emulsified, or if the hydraulic control one-way valve is malfunctioning.
4. When the push plate cannot move or can only move forward but not backward, it is necessary to consider whether the electromagnetic directional valve is dirty and blocked. Remove it and wash it with diesel or fire oil. If the electromagnetic coil is burned out, it must be replaced as soon as possible.
5. Please note that oil must be added to the main beam, once per shift. Increase lubrication between the main beam and the plate axis to reduce friction.
6. When feeding, attention should be paid to the pressure not being too high, and the feeding pressure should be controlled at ≤ 0.5MPa. You can turn the material into a cake. When the pressure is too high, pay attention to opening the reflux and control the pressure at 0.5 Ma; When there is muddy liquid coming out of the outlet, it indicates that the filter cloth of this filter plate has been damaged and must be replaced. When there is spraying phenomenon in the feed, check whether there is any foreign object on the sealing surface of the spraying area, which may cause leakage between the plates.
7. Change the hydraulic oil every four months, and consider how to replace it according to the operating effect.
